Every month we select books with something in common and display them on the kiosk closest to the New Books shelves. So far this year we have focused on Health and Wellness (January), African-American Authors (February), and had a battle of the sexes between Chick Lit and Manly Men (March). If you enjoyed a book that you read from any of these displays and want more like it, please ask at the desk to see the display reading list for that month. They are kept at the Circulation Desk.
This month our theme, Cats, Dogs and the People Who Love Them, honors our favorite furry friends and people whose lives wouldn't be complete without them. The stories range from mystery to memoir, but all sit up and beg to be read. Take a moment the next time you are in to browse these tails and you just might find the purr-fect book.
